Landlord Safety Certificates
We carry out full safety reports and gas safety certificates; you will receive the certificate on the same day. We are also able to carry out any remedial works that are required.
We will go the extra mile and make arrangements with your tenants or send out letters informing them of our visit.

GAS SAFETY REGULATIONS - Under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations, landlords have a duty to maintain a safe condition of any relevant gas fitting and any flue which serves any relevant gas fitting. This includes items such as gas fires, gas cookers, central heating boilers, water heaters and swimming pool boilers.

Safety checks must be carried out every twelve months. These checks and any repairs or maintenance must be carried out by a Gas Safe Engineer. If there is more than one appliance in the property, each individual appliance must be checked and the results of the check must be recorded in a gas safety certificate.
